WE NEED YOU: Annual Fund Support Student Success S3
Dear Parents,
I am writing to you on behalf of East Voyager Academy of Charlotte, North Carolina’s first and only school wide, dual language immersion program in Mandarin (Chinese). We are a tuition free public school open to all North Carolina students in Kindergarten to Grade 8. We also have a PreKindergarten program for 4 year olds that is housed on our campus. We are asking for your support for our annual fund: Support Student Success S3 . Your support will make a significant difference in the lives of our students. We are so grateful for the role you can play in our school community.
Funds will support updating technology, 3D printers, Robotics Kits, Mandarin practice books, expansion of nutrition/food services, and field trips. These initiatives are vital for ensuring our students have the tools they need to excel in a rapidly changing world and to become the future leaders of tomorrow.
Let me share a story that illustrates the impact of your support. Parent and community donors came together a few years ago to fund our playgrounds adding over $10,000 in new equipment and construction which then enabled us the next two years to apply for grants which funded our Gaga Pit, basketball court, and greenhouse. Every dollar you give can grow by helping us to get matching or enhancement grants. Your contribution, no matter the size, helps create these opportunities for discovery and success.
