Chinese Culture

Chinese Culture is an important part of East Voyager Academy

Students and parents alike are given opportunities to take part in activities held throughout the year focusing on Chinese culture and customs. Each year we celebrate the mid-autumn festival, Chinese New Year, and International day as a school. Elements of the Chinese culture are present as you walk through the halls and see children’s artwork, classwork, and even conversations taking place in Mandarin. While our students live within an American culture we teach the value of exploring other cultures with sensitivity and understanding.
